Asking price of new home: £2.5 million
Price negotiated by us: £2.24 million
Saving made on asking price: £260,000
Total fees inc VAT: £ 39,187.50 (fee based on 12.5% of the discount negotiated)
Total saving to client: £220,812.50
Had we saved our clients £200,000 or less versus the asking price, our success fee would have been £25,000.
Fees for Development and Self-build sites: £500-£5000 on instruction plus 3-10% dependent on the value of the site.
Fees for managing the planning process can be supplied on request.
For rentals we charge an upfront fee of £500 plus one months rent.
